Definitely not a person I would put in charge of my business. WORST experience ever, and let's not forget the security staff that isn't friendly at all, and seem to not care about the "property issues." The manager, Sarah, if I recall her name, lacks the ability to deal with customers and simply doesn't mind the customer experience. The room is smelly, old nasty carpet, we found cockroaches inside a drawer. Maybe it was a good Hotel in the past, now it is a Ran Down Hotel, with rats running the property, drug dealers doing business casually, and sketchy people doing drugs living at the Hotel, I think they rent weekly and monthly for low income people.
